Purchaser
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to determine material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and review purchasing reports, cost estimates, and forecasts.
- Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and budget requirements.
- Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, product quality, or price discrepancies.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new materials or technologies that may benefit the company’s projects.
