Purchasing Officer
- Research potential vendors and sourcing of suppliers.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers using Canvass Sheet.
- Negotiate contracts with regards to payment terms and pricing.
- Handles and updates Purchase Order Master list (Quick books to supplier).
- Tracking of orders and ensure timely delivery (Daily).
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Prepare reports on purchases for funding.
- Prepares Purchase Order and its attachments (request form, brochures and
- Collects and analyze data in order to assess the time, money, materials, and labor required to provide a service (Cost Estimate)
- Establishing a comprehensive price book.
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
