Accounting Officer
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Preparing Service Invoices, Official Receipt and Bank Deposits
- Keeps and Monitors Invoices' Status Reports, Aging of Pending Invoices.
- Updating and maintaining Sales Book.
- Prepares and Verifies Sales Invoice and Statements of Accounts.
- Assist and follow up billing collection to clients
- Monitors client past due account and create weekly reports (Weekly invoice report, OR and Invoices Summary)
- Handles Petty Cash Fund
- Preparing of Weekly Cash Expenses report.
- Encoding and Maintaining of PCV Liquidation file
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
