Recruitment Assistant for Security Agency (Cebu & Palawan Area)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Basic degree, preferably in topics relevant to Security Management or equivalent ; higher degree would be well regarded
- Required Skill(s); Recruitment: end to end staffing Employee and labor relations: able to discuss & implement Company’s policies & procedures Training and organizational Development : able to program skills development of employees
- With at least 2 years working experience as an HR Recruitment Officer in a security industry is an advantage
- Ability to evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles, including assessing their skills, experience, and character traits.
- Understanding different security roles and requirements
- Knowledgeable of the Philippine Labor Code
- Able to work unsupervised and under pressure; goal oriented
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cebu & Palawan Area
- Should have demonstrated capability in managing multiple locations
- Driving Skills is an advantage
- Covid19 Vaccinated
- Bring your updated 201 files: Local Clearances, Medical Certificate (Fit to Work) Nuero and Drug Test & (Government Mandated Numbers: SSS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth) COE and 2x2 Picture.
