Oversees all the aspects of the Food, Service and Cleanliness (FSC) Standards of the branches within his/her jurisdiction to ensure compliance to Food Safety, Quality and Service Standards in the stores at all times.
Ensures the achievement of the Net Controllable Income through achieving and maximizing sales, controlling and minimizing expenses and meeting profitability.
Manages the performance of all the subordinates in the area through implementation of effective management skills and strategies to drive overall team performance in the area.
Monitors the Required Crew Complement and Crew Achievement Reports of the branches within the jurisdiction, ensures its accurateness and relevance to be used as basis in decision making.
Performs the customer recovery protocols to ensure proper dealing and resolution of critical customer complaints received through the feedback platforms and endorses highly critical complaints to the Operations Manager.
