Document Officer-Minglanilla Office

Document Officer - to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects and current processes and procedures; Job Responsibilities include but not limited to :
  • typing: contracts, procedures, processes, guidelines, policies
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  • File documents in physical and digital records; archiving files
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
