Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:

• Assist in recruitment.
• Conduct new-employee orientations.
• Handle on boarding process and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employees' issues and concerns.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

3. Performance Management:

• Assist in performance review and management processes.
• Provide support and guidance to management and employees on performance-related issues.

4. Training and Development:

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.

5. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

• Administer various employee benefits programs.
• Conduct benefits orientations and handle enrollments, changes, and terminations.

6. Reporting:

• Maintain HR information system records and compile reports from the database.
• Ensure data integrity and generate regular and ad-hoc reports.

7. General HR Support:

• Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience.
• Experience in handling a broad range of HR functions.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
