Salary Range: Php 22,000 – Php 27,000 per month

Our small but dynamic team of 15 professionals handles tax computation, filing, and remittance for over 200 active clients. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions at HMB Tax Firm. As our HR Generalist, you will oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and more. You will also work closely with the management team to support our company’s growth and help build a culture of performance and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and enjoys a hybrid work setup. You’ll be expected to spend 2-3 days a week in the office and the rest working remotely. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, ensuring a healthy and positive work environment.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Prepare payroll, handle payroll-related concerns, and manage remittance to employees.
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement, performance management, and development.
Support managers in addressing employee performance issues and offering HR advice.
Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives.
Manage HR databases and prepare HR reports.
Oversee and manage our hiring-facing accounts such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Develop and execute strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of job postings and improving employer branding on various hiring platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and Philippine labor laws.
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
Experience managing hiring-facing accounts on platforms like Indeed and other hiring platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiarity with HR software (experience with Zoho People is a plus).
Experience with working with Accountants and/or Philippine Taxation is preferred.
