Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HMO, healthcare, or medical diagnostics industry and will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression and assisting with inquiries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring efficient use of healthcare providers’ time.
  • Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the online community.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to support daily operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in the HMO, healthcare, or medical diagnostics industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using office equipment and computer software; knowledge of social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is preferred.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
