JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform customer service related duties to ensure delivery of service as required
by the customer may it be a walk-in or over the phone customer
- To conduct call-out to ensure the updated and accurate delivery of information are relayed to the customer
1. Receive customer units for repair, inquiries, and other service related concerns. 2. Receive complaint from customer and give possible and adequate solution in
accordance to the company policy and regulations.
3. To fill-out JO complete and accurately, ensuring that all information from
customers are validated for its correctness.
4. To inspect unit for repair thoroughly and ensuring that all information observed
are correctly written on the JO.
5. Regularly offer Apple Care Protection Plan to customers with items "In
Warranty”
6. Release unit to the customers, ensuring that accurate payment is received, issue Official Receipt (OR) or Sales Invoice.
7. Update Service Management Database completely and accurately.
8. Prepare weekly/monthly activity/sales report.
9. To perform call-outs (via SMS, Viber and e-mail) to provide updates to customer
on their items for repair.
10. Perform cashiering tasks
11. To deposit sales of the previous transaction date
12. Any other task/tasks, through the advice of the superior/superiors, shall be
performed to the best of his/her abilities, "and that" the duties and
responsibilities herein is not exhaustive and may added from time to time as the
situation or situations require.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,700.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
