Front Desk Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient hotel transactions including but not limited to answering telephone calls, guest accommodation, responding to general inquiries, front office reception, and administrative duties. Qualifications:
Graduate of HRM/Tourism or other related courses
Customer Service – Knowledgeable in handling customers/clients, Concerns, and complaints in a highly professional manner Experience in dealing with guest complaints would be advantageous Product Knowledge – With knowledge in Mall/Hotel retail industry Prerequisite – Able to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays when the need arises
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, Fresh Graduate/Entry Level with good internship exposure in admin/operation function and is willing to be trained are welcome to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Ensures cleanliness in the front desk area and lobby
Accommodates inquiries, guest requests, and other concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Administer all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in line with the company policy
Attends to guest complaints and concerns
Accepting of payments either cash or credit card and issuance
Accomplish sales report
Ensures privacy and confidentiality of guest
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
