Front Office Manager or Duty Manager
- With strong experience as Duty Manager/Operations Manager in a Hotel Industry
- Metro Manila applicants are encouraged to apply

- Will be assigned to our newly open Hotel in La Union
- Leader of a 21 rooms hotel with 5 key roles
- Guest Satisfaction

- Food & Beverage
- Housekeeping
- Accounting and admin operation
- Leadership: Skill to lead team members to train and encourage
- Cost/Budget control: Skill to properly manage important cost items of a property
- Experience: 2 years of Front Office Operation or 1 year of Duty Manager
- Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
- Conduct regular fire walks and Health & Safety audits.
- Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
