Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licenses and certifications to perform a wide range of diagnostic tests and contribute to accurate patient assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory Testing: Conduct a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, ensuring accuracy and timely results.
• Quality Control: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, adhering to quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards.
• Sample Management: Collect, process, and analyze biological samples, ensuring proper handling and documentation throughout the testing process.
• Data Analysis: Interpret test results and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results, and quality control measures in compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, laboratory protocols, and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, providing support and guidance to junior staff and interns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
• Licensure/Certification: Valid medical technologist license and certification from a recognized certifying body required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory information systems and proficiency in laboratory techniques and protocols.
