Finance and Admin Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling and Releasing of all Company related Disbursement, Preparation of Cash payroll
  • Monitoring and Online banking transaction, Online distribution of payroll
  • Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements (Collection, Registration and Commission)
  • Handling and Releasing of all Company related Disbursement
  • Auditing riders' delivery fee remitted by the Call Center
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
  • Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
  • Will give support in Admin Department
  • Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
