SCOPE OF DUTIES

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting company services to reach their target sales.
• Organize and coordinate sales representative's schedules.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Receive and report on all sales leads.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Communicating to merchants regarding company sales and promotions
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Implement strategies promote and sell products or services.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• BS degree in Business Management
• Proven work experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
