Rider Supervisor

Primary Function:
Responsible for the monitoring of the riders to ensure the smooth delivery of orders to the customers.
Scope of Duties:
  • Monitoring the attendance of delivery riders
  • Communicate any issues or delays that arise and resolve problems efficiently
  • Coordinate to the Head all issues related to the riders
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
  • Coordinate with the HR for the hiring of Delivery Riders when applicable
  • Ensure the Driver's License, and other relevant document of the riders are up to date or valid
  • Supporting on deliveries if needed
Job Specification:
  • With Bachelors Degree equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Strong time management and decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
  • Detail-oriented and organized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
