The Collection Associate is responsible for facilitating the efficient collection of HOA (Homeowners Association) dues and billable items, ensuring that homeowner concerns are addressed promptly, and managing the timely submission of required reports. This role also involves ensuring timely payments for utilities, rentals, service providers, and other suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation of the village/estate through diligent and professional management practices.
• Ensure the timely collection of HOA dues and billable items from all homeowners.
• Prepare and submit daily collection reports.
• Promptly address customer complaints and ensure timely responses to homeowners' and tenants' correspondences.
• Ensure the timely payment of utility bills, government taxes, and other necessary payments.
• Maintain and properly record all required documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in both English and Filipino.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and able to attend community meetings and events during evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but strong fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Customer-service oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Amenable to work at Profriends Center Iloilo, Ungka II as a Project Hire (2 years)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
