The Technical Associate will assist in developing and implementing orientation programs for home improvements, reviewing improvement plans, and facilitating the release of construction bonds while ensuring compliance with approved plans. They will also support the Facilities Maintenance Section (FMS) supervisor in managing facilities, utilities, and amenities across subdivisions, offices, and warehouses.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor homeowner house alterations and improvements.
• Assist in orientations with buyers regarding home improvement guidelines and requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of units during improvements.
• Assist in the final inspection before releasing construction bonds.
• Address engineering-related complaints and perform other assigned tasks.
• Oversee daily property operations related to facilities, utilities, and amenities.
• Implement service agreements for grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and technical services.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for grounds.
• Collaborate with village administration on maintenance and community-related concerns.
• Ensure prompt response to homeowner service requests for repairs.
• Maintain amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, gym, and parking areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, preferably licensed but not required.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate, negotiate, and work effectively with teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but open to fresh graduates.
• Amenable to work at Profriends Center Iloilo, Ungka II as a Project Hire (2 years)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
