Urgent Hiring! B2B Collections Specialist

Job Overview:
The B2B Collections Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. This role involves communicating with customers, resolving payment issues, negotiating payment terms, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the collections process. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, detail-focused, and skilled in managing client relationships while ensuring cash flow targets are met.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role, depending on the complexity of the position.
  • Proven experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) or consumer collections.
  • Experience working with accounting software, ERP systems, or collections management software.
  • Prior experience in industries with complex billing cycles (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
