QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has relevant experience dealing with clients, customers, stakeholders
• Good communication and follow-through skills
• Assertive, pro-active and has sense of initiative
• Has experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage but not necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To track historical lease and vacancy data of office/commercial buildings.
• To generate listings for particular cities or province as requested by clients.
• To assist negotiations in researching for information and in preparing options list.
• To call landlords, developers, and/or any sector in real estate to gather information for corporate/office/commercial/industrial leasing.
• To help promote all services of Santos Knight Frank to all those whom you come in contact with.
• To accomplish any other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
