Job Overview Knowledge Management at IQVIA is a value-added and value-adding function and is closely tied to the company’s global strategy. The role of the KM team involves leveraging experience, content and technology tools more effectively within and across Real World Solutions (RWS) pillars and all locations (core and hybrids). Over the following months, the KM team is launching a new drive to achieve a critical mass of content, set-up processes and governance guidelines and enhance the architecture of systems/tools. This requires a full-time (FTE) analyst to be part of the team, to work directly with the KM stakeholders.
Role:
The role involves working closely with the KM team for day-to-day operational duties pertaining to the Share Point based KM platform. Basic Share Point site creation and administration experience is preferred, but additional training and process documentation will be provided:
Create and maintain basic Share Point sites for stakeholders.
Assist in recommending design options based on Share Point parameters
Data migration from existing repositories to Share Point libraries
Upload content on healthcare industry and related issues (publications, contributions from the network)
Conduct scheduled content reviews and maintenance to ensure material on the Share Point sites is relevant and up to date
Respond to queries from userbase
Leverage existing IT tools; conduct user-level testing for development and ongoing improvement of systems and processes
Act as the KM ambassador across user groups to drive the KM culture and take part in promotional campaign
A large part of the role involves data migration as new processes are adopted, and this requires a high level of attention to detail, and accurate record keeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Req
Two (2) years related work experience Req
Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not essential
Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office. Exposure to Share Point would be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)
Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills
