• Be the Scheduling Superhero: Handle shift swaps, time-off requests, and last-minute changes with ease.
• Communicate with Clarity: Keep everyone in the loop with clear and concise updates on scheduling changes.
• Resolve Issues with Flair: Nip scheduling conflicts in the bud to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: Speak and write English like a pro.
• Customer Service Superstar: Have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Results-oriented: Love achieving goals and finding solutions.
• Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your colleagues.
• Communication Champion: Excel at communicating effectively in various forms.
• Critical Thinker: Can analyze situations and make smart decisions.
• Scheduling Experience: At least 2 years of experience in call centre scheduling or workforce management.
• People Person: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Multitasking Maestro: Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

• Experience with workforce management software or scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
