On Call CSR/Storekeeper
Minimum Requirements:
Pay: Php395.00 - Php500.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 per week
Benefits:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic customer service experience (retail or similar is a plus)
- Willingness to learn about cellphone repairs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry and internet navigation)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about services, and handle complaints professionally.
- Receive, organize, and maintain stock levels of cellphone parts and accessories; conduct regular inventory checks.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; promote products and services to customers.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in tracking repairs and communicating status updates to customers.
Pay: Php395.00 - Php500.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 per week
