In this job, you’ll help lead our projects using BIM technology. You’ll check that drawings are accurate and make sure all designs follow safety rules. When problems come up, you’ll help find solutions. It’s important that you have experience with Revit and can manage several projects at once. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities:
Lead BIM coordination and design efforts to ensure our projects are successful.
Take part in design discussions, encouraging teamwork and creative problem-solving within the group.
Check all drawings carefully to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy and detail.
Make sure all designs follow safety rules, building codes, and industry standards.
Solve drawing problems by collecting the necessary information and working closely with supervisors to find solutions.
Help create project schedules, specifications, and other important documents to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with special skills in Drafting.
5-10 years of experience, including local and international projects.
Skilled in using Revit and other BIM software, with a good understanding of modeling.
Strong knowledge of building construction technology to make informed design choices.
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
Proven experience managing multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Good communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Must be based in or willing to move to Clark, Pampanga.
