BIM Architect
We are looking for a BIM Architect who will play a key role in shaping projects. You’ll help ensure that every design is creative, practical, and meets the needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals, using your skills in BIM technology and architecture. Your work will help us deliver high-quality designs that meet our standards for safety and accuracy.

- Lead and complete design and BIM work, making sure 3D models are accurate and detailed.
- Join design discussions and meetings to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members on project details.
- Check drawings carefully to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Review safety guidelines, building codes, and other requirements to ensure that designs follow regulations.
- Solve issues in drawing details by gathering information, working with team members, and finding practical solutions.
- Help prepare schedules for materials and finishes, as well as other project documents.
- Visit project sites to ensure the design and safety standards are being followed.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology (Drafting major).
- 6-10 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar BIM role.
- Strong skills in BIM software like Archi CAD, Revit, and other related tools. Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.
- A good understanding of building construction technology and the ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Basic design and drafting skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga, and available to start right away.
