AUDITOR

About this role…
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of auditing experience under IFRS, with a particular focus on leases, revenue, and investments. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills and a robust understanding of IT systems, as our firm utilizes a variety of software tools to enhance our audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits in compliance with IFRS, specifically focusing on leases,
revenue, and investments.
- Review and produce financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and
compliance with applicable standards.
- Utilize advanced audit software and other IT tools to streamline audit processes and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and communicate audit findings, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure the successful completion of audit
engagements.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and
supportive work environment.
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 3 years of auditing experience under IFRS.
- Proficiency in using audit software and other IT tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a CPA firm.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software such as Trullion,
Caseware and Inflo.
