US International Sales Representative(Remote- Night Shift)

As we continue to expand our presence globally, we are looking for a skilled Remote Sales Representative based in the Philippines. This role is crucial in supporting our expansion into the U.S. market by managing and following up on sales calls during U.S. business hours.
Conduct daily sales activities, including cold-calling, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships within the U.S. market.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support to facilitate order placements.
Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the sales funnel, and ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.
Monitor sales performance against targets, regularly reporting on key metrics and providing feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with domestic and overseas teams to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of sales strategies.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry.
Strong understanding of Promo Collection's business model and offerings.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client data and sales activities.
Ability to work night shifts, aligned with U.S. time zones.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in tracking and managing sales performance metrics.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
