We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who would support the client with both sales and marketing activities to ensure continued success.


Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and other relevant roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant degree
  
• Experience with CRM systems (Capsule preferred) and lead follow-up processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linked In) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Word Press).
• Background in an RTO or client support service environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking marketing tasks
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Regularly publish content on social media platforms (Facebook and Linked In) utilising provided resources.
• Write content for social media posts and newsletters through Mailchimp.
• Keep an active and engaging presence in industry-specific Facebook groups and other social media channels.
• Implement pre-scheduled Mailchimp campaigns and post updates across various social media platforms.
• Follow up on leads in the CRM (Capsule) to ensure smooth lead management and progression.
• Utilise templates for email and text communication with leads, ensuring prompt and accurate replies.
• Monitor and report on lead movement and conversion rates using the CRM system.
• Generate monthly CRM reports, compiling data to track successes and key performance metrics.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.
• Support marketing initiatives, including Liveswitch and Google Ad campaigns.
• Help with basic content creation and posting for social media and blog (Word Press), mainly using pre-written content.
• Track and manage marketing tasks through Google Sheets.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.
This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
