Administrative Assistant┃AU Client ┃ WFH

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant experience who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Drafting of client engagement documents
  • Collating and entering data for the purposes of internal risk documents
  • Preparation and monitoring of checklists for onboarding/offboarding clients
  • Making purchases and entering disbursements
  • Uploading receipts into expense management system and drafting expense reconciliation reports
  • Assistance with database management across multiple systems, including adding new clients, closing exited clients, and updating client data i.e. addresses/contact detail
  • Collating client documents (management reports, tax returns & financial statements)
  • Preparation of client group structures
  • Drafting invoices
  • Data Entry
  • Assistance with filing
  • Assistance with cloud software administration, including managing user access
  • Word processing, drafting letters/minutes
  • Assistance with ad hoc administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • We highly encourage fresh graduates to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Accounting/Finance or other related courses
  • Willing to work on Hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Willing to work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm MNL time
  • Willing to start ASAP once hired

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
