We are looking for an energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant experience who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Drafting of client engagement documents
Collating and entering data for the purposes of internal risk documents
Preparation and monitoring of checklists for onboarding/offboarding clients
Making purchases and entering disbursements
Uploading receipts into expense management system and drafting expense reconciliation reports
Assistance with database management across multiple systems, including adding new clients, closing exited clients, and updating client data i.e. addresses/contact detail
