Branch Associate - administrative (OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES)
Supervises: Warehouse and Delivery Personnel JOB SUMMARY: Execute end to end process of HR / Admin / Purchasing works and Branch Revolving Fund custodian MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Management
Generates, validates, and timely submission of Attendance to Agency Partner.
Prepares/processes IR of employees with violation and submit to HR
Compliance
Processes and monitors the Renewal of Annual Business Permit, truck registration, Delivery Permits, Port Permits, BIR compliance and other government related documents.
Compliance on proper implementation of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations.
Non-Inventory Management
Conducts monthly inventory of all Non trade supplies
Performs accurate and timely processing of Goods Issue (GI) of all non trade inventory
Prepares canvass and timely PR/PO for operating supplies, accountable forms and ensure booklets are sufficient for the branch operations.
Distribution Management
Records and reconciles branch daily expenses. Ensures all expenses are operational related and within budget.
Assists in attending to customer claims and delivery concerns within the specified target.
Performs truck receiving and check documents, collection, fuel yield, and delivery allowance settlement.
Supply Chain Management Strategy
Ensures all trucks are in good working conditions, updated truck documents, sufficient fuel and fund allocation.
Does the end to end process of securing 3PL Truckers as the need arises.
Compliance to ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.
