JOB SUMMARY: An HR Associate for Talent Acquisition recruits, screens, and recommends external and internal candidates for entry-level jobs, utilizing various channels and maintaining proper records/documentation. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to job offer endorsement while adhering to defined turnaround times and upholding company recruiting standards.
Collaborates closely with hiring teams/managers to develop and adopt various recruitment approaches, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and organizational goals.
Supports HR/Talent Acquisition Leadership and team members in identifying talent pools and target demographics for specific roles, leveraging market insights and candidate trends
Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the recruitment database by diligently adhering to standard policies and procedures and maintaining up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, or any related field
Professional Experience:
Fresh graduates, preferably with relevant internship experience
Skills Required:
Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness
Interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
Organizational and administrative skills to coordinate recruitment processes efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications to support recruitment activities, such as maintaining trackers and records
Flexibility and agility to take on additional tasks as needed
