About the role : As a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in performance marketing and social media, he/she will create visually compelling graphics that drive engagement and conversions. He/she will also design and optimize assets for various digital platforms, ensuring our campaigns are both effective and visually appealing. Job Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: · Design eye-catching graphics for digital ad campaigns, including display ads and social media ads. · Develop creative assets that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences. · Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create visuals that drive traffic and increase conversions. Social Media Marketing: · Create engaging and shareable graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.). · Design graphics for social media posts, stories, and images that reflect brand identity and resonate with the audience. · Work as a social & digital media content creator to develop visual content that supports content strategy and marketing goals. · Stay updated on social media trends and design best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. General Responsibilities: · Maintain a consistent brand image across all visual content and marketing materials. · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the visual impact of marketing efforts. Requirements · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing and social media assets. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma). · Experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and social media management tools. · Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital marketing trends. · Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust designs accordingly. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. · Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. · Experience with video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). · Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for digital design.
