Job Title: Catering and Events Manager

JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a highly experienced Catering and Events Manager to lead our catering services, targeting high-end clients for home gatherings, outdoor events, and weddings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of the catering industry. Preference will be given to Arab candidates who have experience working with premium clientele and delivering exceptional event experiences.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for high-end events, including home gatherings, outdoor events, and weddings.
- Develop customized catering menus that meet the needs and preferences of luxury clients.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage and oversee the entire catering team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and customers to ensure flawless event execution.
- Maintain relationships with high-end clients, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Supervise the logistics of catering services, including transportation, setup, and breakdown at event locations.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the timely procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all catering operations.
- Analyze client feedback to continuously improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Catering and Events Manager, particularly with high-end customers and premium events.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of catering for luxury events such as weddings, home gatherings, and outdoor functions.
- Ability to manage large teams and oversee all aspects of event catering from planning to execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with high-profile clients and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Experience in managing catering for premium segments, particularly in the Middle East or GCC region.
- Candidates with a background in high-end event catering will be given priority.
- Must be flexible with working hours, especially during peak event seasons.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple events at once.

Experience:
- Managing Catering Services: 2 years (Preferred)
- Luxury Clients or Premium segments in the catering industry: 2 years (Preferred)
- English/Arabic (Preferred)
- Muscat (Preferred)
