Job Description:
The main continued responsibilities include:
- Engage in project EPC phases and provide ORA & CSU inputs.
- Lead site activities from Pre-Commissioning up to facilities Start-Up
completion.
- Complete new equipment’s Performance Test activities and facilities
handover.
- Coordinate the RFT activities with the EPC contractor.
- Coordinate the interface activities with various stakeholders.
- Review engineering documents to understand the scope on projects.
- Systemization of Electrical scope in projects
- Assist in population of Commissioning data bases
- Develop and Review Commissioning Procedures
- Budget and identify project resource requirements like manpower, tools,
consumables etc.
- Authorize Electrical technicians to perform field electrical Commissioning
activities.
- Manage operation of electrical LV/MV/HV systems until final handover to
operations.
- Support other Commissioning activities.
- Be responsible for the applicable documentation compilation on the
Turnover dossiers.
- Trouble-shoot equipment problems; assist in identifying root cause.
- Commissioning experience on 33 k V, 6.6 k V and LV electrical systems;
synchronization of power generators with power grids
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with
objectives without supervision.
- Strong technical writing skills and data analysis skills
- Excellent impersonal skills; especially with managing field operations
communications
- Able to multi-task different projects / assignments
Ability to read drawings (SLDs)
Require Engineering Degree with minimum 10+ years of experience , Preferably in oil& Gas
