The Support Representative will make proactive outbound calls to industry partners to secure airplay for our artists' music and to stakeholders for updates, feedback, and inquiries. This role is crucial in enhancing our artists' visibility and maintaining strong relationships with key industry contacts.

The Support Representative will make proactive outbound calls to industry partners to secure airplay for our artists' music and to stakeholders for updates, feedback, and inquiries. This role is crucial in enhancing our artists' visibility and maintaining strong relationships with key industry contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls to Industry Partners: Reach out to radio stations, DJs, and music platforms to pitch airplay opportunities for our Afrobeats artists' tracks, negotiating airplay agreements and follow-ups.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Contact industry stakeholders to provide updates on artist releases, gather feedback, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders, ensuring a strong network to support our artists' promotion efforts.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from industry partners and stakeholders to inform future strategies and improve artist support.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions, agreements, and follow-up actions related to outbound calls and stakeholder engagements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and promotions teams to align outreach efforts with broader promotional strategies and artist needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or customer support role, preferably within the music industry with a focus on Afrobeats or similar genres.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in CRM and office software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Music Management, or a related field preferred.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, with a passion for Afrobeats music and industry trends.
