Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients as they navigate and utilize our advanced legal tech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Offer timely and effective assistance to clients encountering technical issues with our legal tech products. Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolutions via phone, email, and remote access.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our legal tech solutions to accurately address client inquiries and provide informed support.
Assist clients with onboarding, including training on product features and best practices. Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to software functionality, user errors, and system integration.
Gather client feedback and work with the development team to address recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions to track recurring problems and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within the tech or legal industries.
Minimum of 2 years in IT support, with a focus on software and technology solutions. Experience with legal tech solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, familiarity with VOIP systems, and knowledge of operating systems and network configurations
Familiarity with IT service management tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple issues effectively.
Certification in Comp TIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus.
