OVERVIEW: Manage the receiving and inspection of goods within our warehouse. This role involves overseeing the accuracy of product quantities, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as they will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and facilitating smooth operations across departments.
Sorting and Categorizing: Sort orders based on criteria such as destination, product type, etc
Scanning and Labeling: Scan orders and apply labels or tags to ensure accurate identification and tracking.
Routing products to the appropriate areas or departments within the distribution center
Inventory Management: Update inventory records and systems to reflect product movement and location.
Team Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as receiving, sorting, and shipping, to ensure smooth operations.
Pay Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate sorting and routing to prevent errors or misdirection.
Adaptability: Adapt to changing priorities, volumes, or procedures.
Sorter must maintain the integrity of the distribution process.
Conduct basic quality checks to identify damaged or incorrect items.
KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):
Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: Essential
A minimum of an OND qualification
Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience.
