We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Social Media Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role (2 days a week in office) and essential in optimizing our social media strategy and ensuring that our brand's online presence resonates with our target audience. The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key social media metrics, providing insights that will shape content strategy, audience engagement, and overall digital marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities** - **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret social media data (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, conversions) to provide actionable insights and recommendations. - **Content Performance**: Monitor and report on the performance of content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Tik Tok) to assess the effectiveness of posts, stories, and campaigns. - **Audience Insights**: Identify key audience segments and behavior patterns to inform targeted social media campaigns and optimize audience engagement. - **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities in the market. - **Trend Spotting**: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, recommending adjustments to strategies as needed. - **Campaign Analysis**: Track and report on social media campaigns, including KPIs, ROIs, and goal completion rates. Suggest areas for improvement to maximize reach and engagement. - **Reporting**: Create regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, communicating insights and providing guidance for decision-making. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure data-driven strategies align with overall marketing objectives. ### **Qualifications** - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. - **Experience**: 2+ years in social media analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role. - **Skills**: - Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and key performance indicators. - Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for data storytelling. - **Preferred**: - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies. - Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and advertising metrics.
