Receptionist
Responsibilities;
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer enquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) within and outside the organization.
- Referring enquiries and help resolve basic requests from clients and visitors.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda, arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, internal memos, and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage travel arrangements for executives.
Requirements and Skills;
- BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred. Qualifications in secretarial studies is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Good time management and people management skills.
- Reporting and Accountability skills.
- Tech savvy and a fast learner.
