### Job Description: Secretary at Ignition Club and Arena, Enugu State, Nigeria **Position:** Secretary **Location:** Ignition Club and Arena, Enugu State, Nigeria **Reports To:** General Manager #### Job Summary: The Secretary at Ignition Club and Arena will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the club. This role involves managing communications, organizing schedules, and assisting with various office tasks to enhance efficiency. #### Key Responsibilities: **Administrative Support:** - Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. - Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the General Manager and other staff as needed. - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. **Documentation Management:** - Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and records. - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. **Customer Service:** - Greet and assist visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment. - Address inquiries and provide information about the club and its services. **Event Coordination:** - Assist in planning and organizing events, promotions, and activities at the club. - Support logistics for events, including coordinating with vendors and staff. **Office Management:** - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. - Ensure a clean and organized office environment. #### Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. - Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic office equipment. #### Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. #### Working Conditions: - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Fast-paced environment in the entertainment and hospitality industry.
