### Job Description: HR Supervisor at Ignition Club and Arena, Enugu State, Nigeria **Position:** HR Supervisor **Location:** Ignition Club and Arena, Enugu State, Nigeria **Reports To:** General Manager #### Job Summary: The HR Supervisor at Ignition Club and Arena will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring a positive work environment and effective employee relations. This role will focus on recruitment, staff development, compliance with labor laws, and supporting the operational goals of the club. #### Key Responsibilities: **Recruitment and Staffing:** - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. - Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. **Employee Relations:** - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture. - Address and resolve employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution when necessary. **Training and Development:** - Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs to enhance skills and performance. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. **Policy Implementation:** - Ensure adherence to company policies and Nigerian labor laws. - Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies. **Administrative Duties:** - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Support event planning and coordination for staff engagement activities. #### Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in HR management or supervisory roles. - Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. #### Skills: - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. #### Working Conditions: - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Fast-paced environment in the entertainment and hospitality industry.
