Responsibilities
Responsible for market development of industrial construction/steel structure projects and achieving sales targets;
Responsible for market research and demand analysis of industrial buildings/steel structures, etc;
Responsible for following up on project payments and handling abnormal project affairs;
Responsible for maintaining daily relationships with new and old customers;
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements
More than 1 years of experience in industrial construction/steel structure sales, with a certain level of architectural and cost knowledge
Priority given to having certain customer resources and government background relationships.
Strong market development skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
