Job Summary:
We seek an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3.⁠ ⁠Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients.
4.⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
5.⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6.⁠ ⁠Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure alignment.
8.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
Performance Metrics:
1.⁠ ⁠Sales revenue growth.
2.⁠ ⁠Customer acquisition and retention.
3.⁠ ⁠Sales conversion rates.
4.⁠ ⁠Customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2.⁠ ⁠Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience.
3.⁠ ⁠Proven track record of sales success.
4.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5.⁠ ⁠Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6.⁠ ⁠Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
7.⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
1.⁠ ⁠Industry knowledge (Real Estate).
⁠2.Experience with sales automation tools
3.Certification in sales or marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
