IT Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain and update documentation of technical processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in accordance with SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
- Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
