Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Brand Co Nigeria Limited in Lagos.
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
Proficiency in developing HR policies and creating job descriptions
Strong knowledge of employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
