Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to both employees and management.
Functions
The job function includes:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screeningresumes, and coordinating interviews.
Spearhead the implementation of core HR policies
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
Support employee relations by providing guidance and helping resolve workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
