JOB TITLE: HEAD OF ISI BENEDICTA INSTITUTE (IBI) EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW: The Head of Isi Benedicta Institute (IBI) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the strategic direction and operational excellence of IBI, an esteemed institution known for pioneering transformative higher learning experiences. As a key figure, the Head of IBI will be instrumental in shaping academic offerings, driving partnerships, fostering an empowering learning environment, and overseeing administrative and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will lead with vision, aligning IBI’s educational initiatives with its long-term goals of equipping and empowering students to lead globally in their respective industries and ministries. Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership and Vision
Develop and execute the strategic plan: Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of IBI’s short-term and long-term strategies in alignment with the institution’s mission and values.
Curriculum development oversight: Ensure that IBI’s academic programs, including Luminary, Go School, and other courses, maintain excellence and innovation.
Program expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding course offerings, including global partnerships, new programs, and online learning initiatives.
2. Operational Management
Budget management: Oversee the financial operations of IBI, including budget creation, financial forecasting, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Operational efficiency: Establish and monitor operational processes and policies that support effective delivery of courses and student services.
Talent management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure IBI’s continuous growth and quality education.
3. Academic Excellence and Innovation
Lead academic standards: Maintain a high standard of academic rigor, ensuring programs are up-to-date with emerging trends and industry needs.
Faculty development: Foster a culture of excellence within the faculty through continuous professional development, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Student experience: Enhance the student experience by integrating innovative teaching methodologies, personalized learning approaches, and holistic student support.
4. Stakeholder and Partnership Development
Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with IBI’s visionary founder, lead coach, and other executive leaders to align operational goals with institutional vision.

Key Qualifications:
Educational background: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field. Strong academic background is essential.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in higher education leadership, curriculum development, and operational management, preferably within institutions that offer innovative, purpose-driven programs.
