Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives/Managers to join our team. The successful
candidates will be responsible for driving sales of vaccines and concentrates, managing client relationships, and
ensuring the achievement of sales targets in their assigned territories. This role requires a deep understanding of
the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for vaccines and
concentrates.
o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and
other key stakeholders.
o Provide clients with detailed information about products, including benefits, usage, and pricing.
o Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge and Training:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
o Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
o Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Compliance and Ethics:
o Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
o Experience selling vaccines and/or concentrates is highly desirable.
o Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills and Abilities:
o Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
o Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
