Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions, including payroll, attendance, leave administration, and filing, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
o Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
o Handle employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related tasks.
2. Attendance Monitoring:
o Oversee employee attendance using the Biometric Machine and generate attendance reports.
o Address discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Leave Administration:
o Manage and track employee leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to
company policies.
o Maintain an up-to-date leave database for all employees.
4. Filing and Record Keeping:
o Ensure proper filing of employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and
disciplinary actions.
o Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and handle them in accordance with data protection
regulations.
5. HR Support:
o Assist with recruitment, on boarding, and staff orientation processes as needed.
o Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll, attendance monitoring,
and leave administration.
 Proficiency in the use of HR software and Biometric Machines for attendance management.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
