Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
- Create and manage the store budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, expenses, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee the layout and presentation of merchandise to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Oversee and manage the entire inventory lifecycle, from procurement to replenishment.
- Administer and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and promotions in the POS system.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
- Bachelor of Sciences or Masters in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and customer preferences.
- Experience in business strategy, supply chain, inventory, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must leave in Lekki or its environs.
Salary: 150,000 - 200,000
